P-O-S-E Pricing Structure                      (For cost estimation only)

The initial purchase must include the Basic P-O-S-E test kit with license (Item A) in order to enable purchase of additional kits, supplies, services and support. If a license has already been issued, cite the school district license number on the district business office-generated purchase order.

 

Click "Items in estimate" to modify item quantities and view final cost estimate.​​ Custom P-O-S-E(c) forms-with-processing service requires dialogue with the school district.

 

The purchase order on school district form may be faxed to (516) 640-5115 or mailed to P-O-S-E, Inc., Suite 201, 50 Willow Street, Garden City, Ny 11530. All items will be shipped  only to the school district address of record by USPS Priority Mail .​
